Knossos Palace and Lasithi area
In this amazing journey you will visit the most well known places of central and eastern Crete. First stop the Minoan Palace of Knossos. You will learn the history of this legendary place, the myths and mysteries of Knossos and Minoans.
We continue east to visit Dikteon Andron cave with amazing stalagmites and stalactites, birth place of god Zeus.
Next stop a pottery workshop, where you will have the opportunity to try your artistic skills. Lunch follows in a traditional tavern on Lassithi plataeu with panoramic views of the area.
On our way back we make our last stop to “Holy Monastery of Kera Kardiotissa”, a monastery with great history, impressive architecture and frescoes. Bus transfer to your hotels follow before dinner time.
